Team Building for a new Project

Not the usual type of post in this forum as I haven't got the game design, name, details all thrashed out for the next biggest game to hit the market...however, I am tired of joining projects only to find that the team has come up with ideas that are so big that it would take several years (or indeed lifetimes for a part time indie team) to complete and watching the project die after spending many hours of work. So I want to gauge whether there are others feeling the same that want to work on a small but manageable project to actually *shock horror* FINISH a game!!!
With that in mind I want to try and pull together a small team - ideally to work on an FPS title as that's what the core functionality of Torque is built for, the project is aimed at those that want to finish a game either for personal, portfolio or other reasons - this is casual work not paid contract. However, if we get a good team together and the product is looking of a good enough quality there is always the opportunity to make a little money from it.
My intention is to hopefully pull together a small core team to agree the features, artwork theme i.e. Historic, current tech or futurisitic/alien, build that out into a game design and break the work into phased chunks so that we can get up a working prototype as soon as possible and then build up the functionality from there. To give a better indication the coding stages might look like the following:
Stage 1 -

Stage 2 -

Stage 3 -

Of course the actuals would be for the team to decide upon. I already have web hosting including forums, SVN repositories, etc that we can use for the team, I've also just got a VPS server so that we can host our own master server, character server, databases, etc but just to get the hosting company to open some firewall ports before that's good to go.
Myself I am a coder and wite both Torquescript and C++ and would say I specialize in database, server development, networking - I am weaker on the opengl, direct-x, 3d game maths side but I'm learning all the time as I try and accomplish more with Torque. Ideally the team would consist of at least someone to cover each area - i.e. 3d modelling, 2d art (gui design, textures, etc), coding, sound, game design, etc. If you have a skill to offer then you're more than welcome to join in.
As for the engine I would suggest TGE or TGEA as I have licenses for either but that's for the team to decide. As I said before to begin with this is a casual game, if things get more serious then we'll look then at non-disclosures, revenue generation, profit shares, etc.
Hopefully this will spark some interest otherwise I shall be working on it by myself in which case the game will play very well but will look like a 3yr old has done the graphics!!! Basically if you have a skill you can offer then please get in touch either by replying to this post or drop me an email to redrolo@hotmail.com
Thanks.
