Back office systems for game services

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone was aware of a game centric back office platform? Basically I'm looking for a suite of enterprise products that will allow us to do the following, hopefully in some integrated fashion...

* Subscription Management (user management)
* Billing Management
* Content Management (pushing game content to given servers)
* Community Management (forums, incentive campaigns, promotional campaigns)
* Advertisement Management (pushing and tracking ad. content to given servers)
* Business intelligence capabilities (business rule based system to push content, ads, reporting, error logging)
* Problem resolution Management (Help desk, customer reports bugs, gets ticket, etc...)

I know this is a tall order, but it never hurts to ask. Unfortunately I am unable to disclose the details of the project, as I am bound to an NDA. That may change once the product goes live. All I can say that is my team has been tapped to architect a back office solution for a VOD gaming service due to launch in about two million homes across the US sometime in 2008.

We a have a pretty good idea of what we need, however you guys may know of an robust/integrated solution. Basically we're trying to avoid implementing the solution we've come up with. Which is a hodgepodge of CRM, ERP, etc. tools and the nightmare around integrating them all.

Thanks,
C.

I beleive Steam can do most or some of these things.

That's a great suggestion. I going to call a rep today. The only caveat is that this is a VOD gaming service and not PC based. If we can feed the steam data repositories from set top boxes (comcast, verizon) this might work.

Thanks again...

Shameless bump. Anyone else have ideas?
