Fantasci: Hidden War looking for Team Members

We are looking for Two positions to be filled, One is a AI person. The other is a Artist Position. We have been creating a Open World FPS/RPG. We have a weekly blog that will help clear up some of our currently development progress.

Position one AI director.
We have 7 large worlds to populate with AI, we have a huge task of creating not only a unique AI solution but as well as populating those areas with the spoils of those AI. We need a person with programmer experience and the willingness to learn. We have a Lead AI/AFX Programmer that is willing to teach another programmer some of our current development ai stuff (He is currently being inthe US NAVY, so he has less then normal time these days.) This person must be willing to commit to NDA and we hope to stay on for full or part time position.
Position two 3d Artist.
We have alot of details to fill in that needs some fine detailing work as well as a sense of enviroment, we currently have a Full time artist and we need a second artist to support his work, or possibly even take a section of the world under their own wing. We have made alot of strides to create the frame work of each zone. We need someone with the finer DTS and DIF skills to come in and give us the zing to take the idea, to the professional results we know it can be.
We have had nearly a year of development under our belt with this game, and have made huge strides. The game is beginning to become a huge task, that calls for several additional hands. We could do it on our own, but we understand the need to grow to fulfill a task and to meet our milestones. What does one expect from joining our team. We are a friendly group, I believe in a team enviroment. We are offering a number of smaller contracts as well. But we are looking for folks that are interested in a long term investment of their time and interest in the project.

I am working on my first large Game with a team of programmers and artists. I am a avid gamer and am the lead producer and director of Fantasci Hidden War. I have my first published game credit with Chariots as a Level Designer and Interior Artist.
