Error with dump file.

When i try to export some object from 3dsmax to DTS format i always get message ''unable to open dump file''. when i try to check folder where im trying to export my models there isnt any file inside. anyone have idea why is this happening and how to fix it because i didnt have much luck with it.
im using Autodesk 3ds Max 9 32-bit and max2dtsExporter as plugin. thx in advance

Id do a search of the forums, I know this issue is touched upon elsewhere. Unfortunately, I don't remember the outcome of it, ie exactly what was wrong, otherwise id just explain it all right here.

I checked some of those old threads but none seemed to help with my issue. i guess problem is with creating dump file when exporting. dunno if that could be plugin version that doesnt fit or something else.

I had the same problem when I tried this version of the exporter. The utility tools look for a .html file and the exporter generate a .dmp file. You can open the .dmp file with a normal text editor and see the export log.
