Free to play RTS

Im wondering if anybody out there is interested in working on a free to play online RTS game. Somewhat like chain of command (dont know if anybody remembers that game its pretty old but awesome). Pretty much the basic concept of ww2 infantry combat, each player is assigned four men (a fireteam) and then joins in with other comrades to battle it out over environments. I was thinking an additive of adding vehicles in too, so either 4 men or a vehicle to command. We would obviously be making a more advanced version of the game but im a 3d artist with no programming experience or desire to learn so if anybody wants to join in for a 'just for fun' kind of game, im all ears.

Ive already created a grip of 3d models and vehicles if we have any takers.
