Worldcraft/ValveHammer Which Version?

There was an official news brief about TGE Developers being given permission to use Worldcraft for commercial games, but I cant find it.
I wanted to see which version we can use...
Also, the setup files in the sdk, which version are they for?
Thanks,
Aaron

Whatever you do, don't use hammer. Worldcraft is better even though it it older. Hammer has more bugs then a hospital.

So anyway,
It installs fine on my other 3 boxes, a win2k server, an xp pro, and a win 98se. It doesnt work on my main dev box, an xp pro that was upgraded from win98se.
According to the output console, its searching in my Truespace 4 directory (which has perl scripts)
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be happening?
-Thanks

Maybe you'd have better luck asking that on one of the Quark forums or mailing lists?
