TGEA 1.7.0 - Sounds cutting out

I have a weapon that has a firing sound thats 4 seconds long. When I fire the weapon within 2 seconds, the sound cuts out. Is this a bug, or is it defined that ShapeBaseImage sounds all cut out at 2 seconds?

Would it have to do with the timeout values in the weapon's datablock?

Actually i think i ran into this before and it is a quirk of how ShapeBaseImage works. I suggest you look for the SFX calls in ShapeBaseImage and set some breakpoints.... it should be easy to correct.
