3d Character Artist and Texture Artist Needed for RPG

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at my thread.

my name is Diego Alegre, and I am the creator of "Dreams: Essences of Life" an upcoming 2d RPG for the PC.

Dreams has been in development for quite a while, and a lot of planning , money and time has been spent on it. I set myself to create something that blends traditional RPG with more modern elements, such as avoiding the traditional "tiled" method older RPGs had, and replacing it with lush, vivid digitally painted maps, which you may see below.

THE SYSTEMS

the game also has complex elements, such as a unique "Passive Character Customization System" where all your actions as a player affect the growth of your characters.

STORY

The game's story is a great element and has been throughly developed. each town in the game has its own history, from the date when people first settled into an area, to the businesses, surrounding areas, political details, etc. this is all reflected through books, which may be read while playing the game.
A Fully Illustrated Bestiary is also available to read through in-game, again I've made sure that everything feels realistic in its world, so the bestiary is Sketched in pencil and then applied to a book graphic, giving it a very authentic look.

Here's a Sample of how the sketches look like: http://bb.xieke.com/files/Bird%20sample.jpg

THE JOBS

3d ARTIST:

I'm looking for someone who can take care of the Characters of the game, Mainly the Main Characters and NPCs. No animals will need to be done.

the style we're looking for is something along the lines of this:

the characters show there are mostly Low Poly, However. since the characters will be pre-rendered and turned into sprites, the 3d models have No Poly Limit. they can be as high as required.

I'm definitely not an expert in 3d, however, an Idea to ease the work would be to create many different models of Dresses , Hairstyles, etc, and Apply them to a male / Female Base Model, and then simply recolor and mix and match models. that would be a great time saver when dealing with NPCs.

Also, a few weapons will need to be modeled.

characters will be rather small, so facial features and details I'd prefer to leave them flat and apply them through textures, such as the faces (eyes, mouth and nose, etc)

Characters are Around 60 x 110 pixels. SAMPLE : http://bb.xieke.com/files/Character%20Size%20Sample.jpg

TEXTURE ARTIST

I will need someone to texture the models created by the 3d artists. there will be both character and enemy designs to do. I don't plan on having huge texture files, mainly to keep things simple for my artists.

I'd like for the characters to have Painterly feeling textures, to match with the game's maps. I'd like them to blend in and feel like they're part of the paintings that form the game's world.

semi noticeable strokes would be a good way to create that effect.

A good example of painterly textures: http://pixelmitherer.deviantart.com/art/bobbleChops-first-pass-texture-81719632

PAYMENT

I do stress that the game is very low budget and it's all money from my pocket, so i cannot pay high sums of money, however I usually try to compensate my artists through other methods (Such as doubling the amount earned after finishing all the models , for example, if you made 500 dollars by the end of the project, once the game is released you'd be paid an extra 500 ) or any other method that we could come to an agreement with.

I will try my best to reach a desired amount, even if it means by more than one payment per character, etc. whatever we can do so that we'll all be happy, and the experience and possible resume work will definitely add to the payment!

Anyways thank you very much for your time, and if you have any questions, or are interested, please contact me to:
