Multiple bone animation export mess-up

My current assignment at my job has been modelling and animating a spaceship and preparing it for export.
so far so good (with some help already ;) ), and I've managed to animate a small landing gear using 3different objects parented to 3 different bones. I haven't managed to master the parenting relations and constraints necessary to realistically simulate mechanical behaviours, so I had to use 3 bones, and animate them 'by hand'.
Thing is... when I export it to Torque the animations get all messed up.
I've selected 'Export' and DSQs Off, although I exported DSQs in a previous attempt too.
What happens immediately after I export is that the animations get all switched between parts.I have to go to the Action Editor, select the bone, and its correct animation again.
The 'foot' of the landing pad moves correctly, but the other 2 parts behave just like it, or just like the fourth animated object, which is the single-object + bone frontal landing pad.
when I open it up on Torque Show or TGEA the animation behaves as one, and moves all the bones in the same way.
Please help me :|
I don't want to lose my job :|

Thanks in advance

My advice would be not to use different armatures. If you include alll the bones in the same armature, a single action will include all their animations.
