Modeling with rare motions after export to dsq

Hi all, our group is finishing off our Torque Game year project, and there is only 1 month left. But this problem has been with us for 3 weeks already. Could someone please help me with this problem.

I am developing a Server based 3-rd person action game like Street fighter 3D with torque 1.52.

We have 6 characters in the game with many animations, but different actions by each characters. They have their own special moves. I have build the first model, with animations (12 motions), with 3ds MAX 9. It is then exported to dts and dsq. It works fine. But then I use the bones and biped, for the motions of the 2nd character, the animation is showed alright in the 3ds MAX, but after exported it, and view it in Torque Show Tool Pro. The upper part of the body and the hands are not moving, but hands up like a zombie instead.

For more detail, please see the attached images below.

The correct motion in Max 9 :

The incorrect motion in Show Tools Pro and in Torque 1.5.2 :

The player.cfg I used for export :

I am exhausted with this problem, anyone spotted where the problem is ?

This is a big project for me and I am a newbie to Torque,
Really appreciate for any helps!!!

What config settings are you using on your export tab? You might want to try and use old style animation export.
