Doxygen for idiots

can someone post a walk thru on how to setup the Gui-windows version of Doxygen for working withthe torque engine and downloading all of the existing documentation. I have never used this application before and most of the documentation I have found is on the linux or unix versions.

I know that you asked for the instructions for the GUI edition of doxygen, but I only use the command line version. You can find the instructions in this post.
