Problems creating/opening projects

Hi
TGB 1.7.2 is dieing on me everytime I try to create a project or open an exsiting one.

I have posted details in the Bug Report forum but I was wondering if any other user had same problem now resolved. (Win XP Pro + ATI Radeon 9700 Pro)

The popular thought is that spaces in the path of your game project will mess up TGB. I'm sure you've heard that before.

Yes it was suggested to me but I have no spaces in the path

G:\Torque\TGB\Projects\MyGameTest\MyGame

G:\Torque\TGB\Projects\MyFishTutorial\MyFishTutorial

F:\Programs\GarageGames\TorqueGameBuilder-1.7.2\games\TutorialBase

same crash bug with any path above

Are any of those network drives or protected drives (USB jumpdrives with security)?

No no, all local, just partitions of the same hard disc inside my PC. Thanks

Actually sorry for getting 2 threads going on the same issue, I only started this one to ask if anyone had same problem.
