Interested in developing a RTS or RPG

I'm an experienced developer with very mild experience in Torque (only got as far as putting a car in the FPS environment and connecting to a database) who would like to work on an RTS or an RPG.

I've worked for three years as a full time developer of avionics software and am starting work on my Master's Degree in Software Engineering.
