All Torque demos crash when loading

All demos: Torquedemo, CrimeForce, Realwars, ... crash in many computers I tested (7 PCs).
In all of them we tested GameStudio demos and games and work well but Torque demos only runs in those which have Riva TNT 2.
- PC1 - The MSDOS box appears and system crash. Read error....
- PC2 - The MSDOS box appears and Torque tries to swicht to video mode. Cant set video mode and returns to previous. It repeats this process infinitely.
- PC3 - You double-click and nothing matters... :-(
- PC4 - The MSDOS box appears, it swichtes to video mode and XP generates an error window.
Two of the computers are:
Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack2 AMD K6
S3 Savage4, el driver es para S3 Savage4 Version 0.8.40.1
Latest drivers and DirectX 8.1
I'm going to test Tribes 2 demo in all PCs.
Will it work?????

Make sure you have OpenAL installed on them, as not having it installed will make Torque crash as soon as the main game window pops up. If it's installed, delete it from your Windows\System32 directory and reinstall it.

Also, how much VRAM is on the S3 boards? And I seem to recall the savage had lots of driver issues. Try OpenGL vs D3D, try Windowed vs Fullscreen.d

S3 vid cards , your kidding right? heh, my kids have p3's with tnt2's and i think they run torque like crap, but they like em, you could probably sell one of them "low end" computers and buy a tnt2 base card for about 40 bucks or a low end geforce 4 for about 100.
No disrespect ment i have 5 computers (3 p4's and 2 p3's) so i do know what its like to be computer poor.

heh , my bad, what the hell is an amd k6 equal to pentium wise? Back when i was into q3 i read a lot of people had problems running q3 on them. truthfully you couldnt give me one of em.
