What all do you get when you license Torque?

If I am to license TGE what else do I get with it besides what's in the Torque for Teens demo and the source code to the engine?
I've noticed things like this: http://www.garagegames.com/blogs/62635/14296 on blogs, that there's resources only available to torque licensees, is there a list of them somewhere? Do licensees get access to additional articles/tutorials? I also heard there's a private forum, is that one more active than the public ones and is it forums dedicated specifically to discussions relating to the source of the engine?

There are a ton of resources that require the source code (plus things like the combat pack and MMOWorkshop kit that require the source to license). The private forums are quite a bit busier with devs as well. You can go to community and resources on the menu to see a categorized listing, but you won't be able to access them directly. You can, however, see what is available.

Finally, you must have a purchased license to be able to publish games with the engine.
