Xbox to deliver community games

Just noticed this on the bbc news website: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7255866.stm
Should open a few more doors for indies.

Just once, I'd like to have a thread that mentions MS without the myopic bashing of them. The indie game scene has been treated pretty well by MS.

MS earned their rep as badguys, and it's going to take more than supporting the indie community to clean off that rep.

Sadly Jason, that's because the only reason windows is dominant is the vast majority of software is windows made, and tossing some bones to indie developers is an easy to way get more software made, without creating too much real competition to their own game studios.MS earned their rep as badguys, and it's going to take more than supporting the indie community to clean off that rep.

But seriously, i feel MS is looking out for us as far as this is concerned. They still rape us with the cost/quality/performance of their products :)
