Manual Reload Animation Call

Alright, my team has been working on a manual crossbow reload for about two weeks now. We are trying to call the reload animation (stateName[4]) in the crossbow.cs file. We have found a way to call a function, but it is a stateScript, so it doesn't play any animations. What we need is the animation portion of it. We have tried the setActionThread() and the playThread(), but neither of these ever seem to activate. Any ideas?

Figured out the answer to my own question. More of a work around, To manually reload, you must animate the character not the weapon (or at least for our needs).
