How power hungry is Torque

Ok, currently we are working on a project for education. Thing is I need to know how power hungry is torque. I think a better question is what would be the min. requirments to run a project under torque.

Has anyone tried running torque on one of these machines with the built in video cards. Im not talking about the ancient one, but the computers that has come with the built in video card that share mem. with your system. Did it work?
