If you mean animating the skies, the answer is no.
If you mean animating the three torque cloud layers, the answer is yes. Each layer is a transparent .png of
only
the clouds.

If you mean animating the three torque cloud layers, the answer is yes. Each layer is a transparent .png of only the clouds.
