Need Help with Mouse Over GUI Button

Hello,
I am really new to Torque but have a few books on it. I can't seem to find a place to make a GUI Button Ctrl Bitmap change when I mouse over it. If I have two .png files that say the same thing ex. Start but are different colors. When I mouse over it I would like it to change to the other color. Is there a way to do this in Torque?
