Tgea terrain&sky plugin(include terrain editor)

Geometry & texture sturct is like WOW's struct.
It is not ATLAS2(but the data loading based on AtlasChunk, TOC is a good thing!:P ).
Attribute:
1. Seamless terrain(infinity).
2. WYSIWYG terrain editor(like legacy terrain editor).
3. High resolution texture(like WOW terrain blend, the resolution in game is just like WOW).
4. Terrain Specular Lighting(also like WOW terrain Specular Lighting effect).
5. Seamless sky, day night cycle(smooth transition).
The main code writed in: 2007.07 - 2007.09.
