Png alpha maps

Ok for the past 5 hours I have been trying to get my SUPERpng texture to do alpha maps for the TGEA 1.0.3,
I have one mesh comprised of a multisub object, of two textures, they come out fine when i import them into the game but for some odd reason the alpha map isnt coming out.

Things to check: that the image is sized to a power of 2 (256x256, 512x128, etc), That you added translucent=true; to the texture's material definition, That the texture is in the directory with the dts shape.

How does it look in game? Is the texture fully invisible or fully solid?
