Is Smoke_Node removed?

It's not there anymore in TGEA, so I was wondering about TGE. And then I would also like to know why this decision was made.

Using the damageEmitteroffset is just not good enough, and can cause hours' headaches.

I don't think smoke_node was ever an official node, just a standardized name for something that you still had to hook up yourself. I may be wrong though.

That's strange since it's in all the documentation for vehicles.

I've made the changes to the engine to use the nodes (again?). Need to test it properly, but will release the code once I'm happy.
