Player Export Problems - 3dsmax 9 (again)

Hi there!
I've been having lots of problems exporting my 3d-model into a playable dts-character today. I thought I once heard that Torque was artist friendly, but how wrong could one be? There's always something hindering the creative process, but it usually works out in the end.
With this model though, I have no friggin clue whats wrong. It uses the same node hierarchy as I've always used and same naming conventions. The scale is right, the different axis are alligned correctly, the rig is done and everything should be ready for export, but... no.. Every time I try to convert it into a player-model, 3dsmax crashes and I have to restart & try over again.

The log file always ends with this line as well, and it looks as if there's something wrong with the detail number/node? :

Adding skin object from skin "einar2" to bone "Bip01 R UpperArm" (49).
Adding skin object from skin "einar2" to bone "Bip01 Spine" (50).
Adding skin object from skin "einar2" to bone "Bip01 Spine1" (51).
Adding skin object from skin "einar2" to bone "Bip01 Spine2" (52).
Generating faces for skin "einar2".
Deleting skin object "Bip01 Footsteps" with no weight.
Adding object named "einar".
Adding mesh of size 2 to object "einar".

Does anyone know what might be the problem here? Maybe the node setup could give some hints, but imo it should be just fine:

All help would be very appreciated!

Yours,

I found out what was wrong - the exporter for max 9. It seems that the exporter is unable to export players in its current state. I went back to max 8 and did exactly the same things as mentioned above and it worked =)

Which version of the exporter did you use?
I've used max9 (and now max 2008) without any problems with the exporter from the artists page. (Well, the 32-bit one anyway, the 64-bit exporter up there is the strange "new" exporter...)

This is our setup for the characters of our game Battle. It is somewhat simple but it exports threw max9
One thing ive found out, if you have the max9 pro exporter its different and wont export like your basic max9 exporter so make sure you have the regular one. Also you need to make sure your collapse transforms are turned off.

Hi guys & thanks a lot for the help!
i managed to solve the problem and it seemed that max crashed when the max2dtsPro exporter was installed. I installed the "normal" max2dts-exporter and removed the Pro one, and now everything works smooth!

thanks again!
