I'm considering TX for my advanced class as the students are comfortable with TGB. In addition to the TDN resources, I'd like to get a book. Should we get a XNA or a C# book?

C#
I would think they could use that as a reference , and then concentrate on a good xna book (I have not really found one out there). I think they would get more out of a good XNA book as the concepts of things like the game loop , resourcemanagement, etc are not something specific to C#. Just my two cents.
