Virtual World vs MMOG?

Could someone from GG please clarify the difference between the two. In the commercial license it says you need a separate license for Virtual Worlds. We are working on an MMO-like project, have commercial licenses, but after reading this we're not sure if we purchased the correct licenses.
Not having a "Virtual World or Simulation" license as a choice when you look at the products is kinda misleading. It appears cut-and-dry that there is "Indie", "Commercial", "Upgrade" and "Education" as the four choices for purchase.
If someone could please clarify, that would be great. I appreciate your time. Have a nice day.
