Pixel art needed

Looking for a talented pixel artist to change some 8-bit sprites(NES quality) to 16-bit(SNES quality). Already have a list of pictures that need to be changed. If interested and/or need more details, please reply.

Oh, that's not really changing the sprite, that's drawing new ones based on old ones.

Yeah, should've used the word 'upgraded' instead. Using the same kinds of color schemes and position of the monster as the old sprite and making a better one based on the old one.
