Apox is an uprising game development studio currently working on our first company title. We are a small team focused on the lead part and the core of the game while working with freelancers and contractors in several departments. Our first game is a Dark Fantasy Multiplayer RPG which combines aspects from several genres and fusing them into one strong game. We are a structured and well established team right now and have a solid plan for the game, the company and the marketing of it all even without an publisher, but we will go for a publisher after we have engaged our marketing plan to ensure a high value publisher.

We are also working on a brand new and innovative technology for our game which we are confident will shape and define a new era of competitive RPG gameplay and are anxious to bring it to live.

Target aim:
Retail.

Compensation:
Paid work. Lead Programmer position.

Technology:
We have been evaluating several middleware packages, but have settled on Torque Game Engine Advanced. All fees for game engine and additional software are covered. Also possibly using aditional middleware like Speedtree and ScaleformGFx.

Talent needed:

Lead Programmer. We already had a lead programmer who was also lead programmer for the MMOKit (Dave Young), but Dave just had a child and will not be able to work according ot our workplan. We are already underway on the programming and have quite a lot code up and running and are soon at Milestone 1 completion. For more information, please do contact me. We have high believes in our game and our solid structure and marketing plans and I would love to discuss this more privately if you are interrested in such a position.

Team structure:
I am the Game Designer / Lead Producer of the game. The entire lead team will be joining us through the project and so will all the programmers (for their working period). Right now there are three programmers, two focusing on creating the gameplay structure while the other is editor GUI and particle effect worker. We run our own Developer Network and are working on aquiring software to ease the communication and work.

Also wanted to add that we can offer decent salary for an indie company based on the work that is preformed and we are open for negotiations, so do not hesitate to contact us.
