Free programmer looking for work

Hey,
I have been trying to build a team for a while and end up with no luck or people who can't keep the peanut butter and jelly off of their keyboard.

So I am looking for a well binded team with a little work to show. I want to work for free just since when I work alone I have no art to work with so code does very little. I just want to get experience right now as I have come to a dead stop with team members. I am a well experienced c++/java/Ts programmer just wanting to help put a face on something. Also if possible it would be nice to have another programmer on the team to help me aswell.

Anyways I just want a team to help place me in the community and really get a feel around the intestines.
Oh and did I mention I would prefer something along the lines of an fps and on TGE/TGEA
don't worry I own both so no problems there. =]
