Modeler(s) wanted

Greetings all. After spending a year learning the torque engine I have decided to make 2008 the year I attempt to develop a real game. It will be a sci-fi rpg in TGE.
Having said that I am now in the design phase and I need to start getting an idea of model costs. If all goes well I will be ready to contract out model and other art work within a few months.
Since this will be a non-fps game I'm *not* looking for high quality, super detailed player models. With the camera work I have in mind the models just need to look decent, the player will never see any models up close. So far in my design layout I'm going to need a few hundred humanoid variations. Based on this resource http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=12197 An artist should be able to construct 1 humanoid model with 10 different textures for each area and I should be able to get at least a few dozen versions from that. Each model version doesn't need to look drastically different from every other one, just a little different.
The above models will need walking, running, kneeling, laying down, weapon holding, getting hit and death animations.
For non-humanoid models so far I have 15 designed on paper.
I'm also going to need about 30 (maybe more) different gun models. Once again I don't need detailed, I just need something that looks decent. The camera will never really get up close to the weapons so detailed doesn't matter. I will need reload and firing animations.
So whoever is and will be up to the task please email me (steve AT neotechnetworks DOT com) so we can work out the details and I can get an estimate on cost since this will obviously affect my design phase.
Thanks in advance and looking forward to your response.
