Scripting Teams?

Someone recently posted a resource or code snipit about scripting teams in TGE but i cant seem to find it now, i have searched, but with no joy ( damn i know i should have bookmarked this), could someone point me in the right direction or a link to the peice, it was ery informative, and i would like toi take another look please.
