DSQ Animations

If I create an animation and make a .dsq file, shouldn't I be able to apply that .dsq animation to any character and see it play in show tools. Also shouldn't I be able to apply any .dsq animation to my character and see it in show tools as well.

You can only apply DSQ's to animations using the same skeleton with the same nodes and root poses.
