Here is a great 3D paint & sculpting program. It's on sale for $70 until December 31st 2007.

but.......
I gotta say as a max artist for the past 10 years
I paid like $450 for zbrush and I have NEVER had a more rewarding program
say good-bye to UVW unwrap
Man! I would of paid $2500 for that alone!
now, if we could just get a similar tool for Skinning we could all move on to pure creativity!
I'll check it out though
