Seeking Programmers to join the Super Tito Team

An artist friend (from Pandemic Studios) and I've (an ex-THQ employee) have been working on this project for a few years now and it's doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
I started coding it in Dark Basic and it just can't do what I want it to do. (Or more likely, its I that don't have the skill to make DB do what I want it to do.)
I've been eying off the Torque engine for a while now, but don't know where to start with it. So really, we are looking for an Ace Coder that would be interested in joining our small company D&K UGM (Dimsdale & Kreozot United Games Manufacture) and re-code the project from scratch.

The Game Design Doc is 90% finished. Around 70% of the Games Art Assets and Levels are already finished. We are both 110% behind finishing this project. We are dying to do something else, but need to focus on finishing this project first.
The game is a very straight forward project that consists of a main core game with 6-8 levels, 3 different mini games (that are re-used and re-skinned) and a Boss Fight level.

We also have plains to release 2 sequels if this game does well.
We are happy to split any royalties evenly, welcome your input on the project and hope you will stay with us and work on future projects.
We are sick of working for the man and want to do our own thing and make D&K UGM a successful little games company, BUT WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!

We are still looking for some skilled programmers to join us on this project. We know your out there ;)

If any ones interested, I can send them a link to the old Dark Basic build of the game to have a play around on. The Design Doc pretty much final now too if any ones interested in that.
Cheers,

I'm also a little bit curious about some other things
How has the selling been going on previous, how many persons have been involved, and how long time did they take to make?

I took a look at your homepage and saw that you have already released 3 games before. So I'm a little bit curious, if you succeeded on that, what's the difference this time?I'm also a little bit curious about some other things

We have sold a few thousand games, over the years, but really, none of them have been very good games to begin with. Not made enough money to give up our days jobs.
Tito Mine Cart game I coded in 2 weeks. GoJoe took a few months. Tito took way to long. And Tito 2 been going on for years. There is normally just the 2 of us working on the games.
Our biggest problem is that neither of use are coders, and I can't really code the games we want to make.
Anyways, I've decided to finish off this game myself for now in dark basic.
But we do have a 3rd person shooter on the back burner if your interested in helping out that??
I can give you more details if you want to know more?
