Constructor Tutorial Help

I'm just starting out in Torque Constructor and I'd really appreciate some free tutorials. The only video one I've found so far was posted by Arteria. Unfortunately you need to pay $21 USD for it. I am strapped for cash and am in desperate need of help. I've found little how to's for the portal system and texturing but nothing indepth as how to use the actual program. PDF's work or even word documents. I need help!
