Mr. MVD(Most Valuable Developer),
in the waterblock code you did- it has a flow angle/rate. is it possible to make the texture expand from the center. on scorched planet i managed to make the shore texture look like 3 rings around the water's egse, it seemed to simulate breaking wave. it was really convincing when the water was coming at you.
also is it possible to use animated textures, like .GIFs
(i think thats them) to create an animated texture, does torque support it?
sorry for askin ya so much stuff, but i guess it's the curse of being really smart. Hey if you ever feel bored, you're so very welcome to give us some engine help on our end.

yeah the pinching this was what i was concerned about- it's be like making a shockwave, and when texturing those, they can look bad as they expand - same idea. And maybe i will contact ya l8r for some engine help

It is possible but you have to remember that the waterBlock needs to stay as abstracted from a specific requirement as possible so it suits all.
I'm not sure doing this would be helpful to most people or at least it would be difficult to implement generically.
If you or one of your team want to have this effect then I don't mind giving you guys some pointers/help where needed to get you on your way. It shouldn't be that difficult but I think you will end up with something specific to circular areas of water and possibly have pinching effects at the center.
