Collision.

Do I HAVE to model a collision mesh around everything I want to be collidable? That means going through a house for example and putting meshes around EVERY little thing? Is there no easier way? Could I somehow make my mesh both detail and collision?

Making individual COL and LOSCOL meshes for everything is really tedious and annoying.

To create structural geometry, you should use Constructor. That way all of your walls and major structural elements will already have collision. Then you can create your detailed models and the collision boxes won't be so annoying.

Constructor is a CSG modeling application for creating BSP interiors. You should be able to download it from your account.
