1.5.0 BUG - ConvertBetaTXSCENE.exe Missing Version Tag Change

After running the 1.5.0 ConvertBetaTXSCENE.exe, I find that my older Torque X scenes still don't work. It turns out that the program is not replacing this:
with this:
If you make the changes manually (after the conversion) the XML level file, it will load normally into Torque X Builder.
