I was wondering if someone could give me the dollars and cents cost of a game that was developed with the torque engine. Would GarageGames publish the game and deliver it to who? What does their publishing arrangement give me? If I were to port the game to Xbox, how much of a fee would I have to pay to GarageGames? Per Unit shipped? Are there any additional cost related to a game?
Thanks,
Curtis

As for porting the game to X-Box. I'm not sure the torque engine would be possible of that, if it is, and you do port it, then you'd still be obliged to publish thru seirra if they wanted it.
But I doubt torque could be ported to x-box, in which case, you'd have to write the game from scratch, and in this case you could publish it thru anyone, as the game design is your intellectual property. Garagegames isn't a big nasty company thats going to try and get copyright of your idea when you use their engine.
As for additional costs, there are none. Garagegames works on a percentile basis. So you don't have to "pay" anything, they just take a cut of the revenue made from sales.
Hope that helps some, and if I've got anything wrong, someone correct me.
