editing GUI

when i edit the gui... in the ingame editor... if i say put a button at the bottom, when I go back in its like 2 inches from the bottom becuase the editior takes up the space that the bottom would... can someone help me?

You can set the position of the control by setting the corresponding x/y position in the GUI editor too and hit the apply button to commit your changes.
