Trigger Projection

I want to create some effects similar to what is seen in the Faust Logic Spell packs. I want the engine to load a couple of layered rotating zodiacs on the ground once the player enters the trigger zone. The zodiacs would need to fade out when he leaves the trigger zone. So How can I trigger a projection like this? Using sgdecal projector? Please help... DL out.
