Where Can I Find TGB Examples?

Not every TGB example can, or should, be added directly to the TDN Wiki. I am wondering what I can do to help promote the creation of examples as well as make them easily available to n00bs and gurus alike.

Here are a few random thoughts on this topic.

Should we form a "Open Source" TGB site/community of our own like TGBForge?

Maybe we should set up camp on something like ModCenter?

Maybe we should convince GarageGames to do something like this at the Great Games Experiment?

Should I create this site myself and sell subscriptions for $1,000 USD / year?

Well, maybe not that last one. ;)

Haha.

The second to last one isn't going to happen either, though there is actually already a group on the GGE "dedicated" to this purpose. I tried a couple times to "submit" a game to the group, but no one ever responded. It's been a year. Stiiiiiilllll waiting.

In any case, I kinda think that most people are trying to make successful games with TGB, not really example games. (I have two perfect tech demos that were supposed to be successful games, though! lol) I could be wrong. . . ;D

You could actually use TDN for this since it is a wiki. We used to release a couple demos with the engine, unfortunatley they got out of date, hopefully in future versions we can include them again.
