TGEA demo doesn't start

Hello. today i downloaded the tgea demo which says that it is free for 30 days. However, when i start it, only a walkthrough type demo application starts which only shows the engine's features. Other than that when i press f10 it only show the gui builder. I can't open the world builder.

so, how can i open the world editor, or the engine's gui (if it has one)?
