TGE Models

I am thinking about buying a licence to TGE, and I have a quick question about it. If you buy TGE, can you use the models, like Kork, in your own game?

I'm not sure if you can sell the game with Kork in it, though. But i'm not entirely sure - maybe you purchase the rights to it with the engine?
