Judging from my own take on this article, the core of IAC especially that Diller guy is going to be able to focus more on the IAC and not on the other 5 spinoff companys which in my opinion are very boring (Home Shopping Network, Ticketmaster, etc). So they will spend more time making a much better network.

This is a wonderful example of an entrepreneur building an evolving legacy that will proceed verily into the future. He's still gonna make money on all this, he'll just be able to focus more on the next project that will make him money.

It looks like IAC stock would be a smart buy right now.
