Emission arc

I have been working with the particle builder in TXB and am trying to do a burst of particles coming from a cannon barrel.

I have 3 sprites that all need to spit out in the same direction.
i am having bug problems with the emission arc value that give me un true results.

The first default emitter will work with the emission arc and will give me the right results that spit out particles in the one direction.
then when i create a new emitter to spit out the next sprite the emission arc value has no effect on the particles.
any following emitters i build will not work with the emission arc value either.

anyone encountered this problem before ? or is anyone willing to take a look at it ?

I've reported this bug already. But I had no reply from the Torque team...
