The Tooniverse- A 2D MMO RPG/FPS/Strategy

Hello,
My name is Paul Rabbitt and I am a writer and producer using the Torque Game Builder engine. I have an excellent idea that I would love to see go into production but I lack the skill of art creation and programming.
Let me give you a little background on the game:
Title: The Tooniverse
Genre: MMO FPS/RPG/Strategy
General Idea: You choose between hero and villain, pick a race and class, and fight crime/help it.
Our target audience:
Mac and PC users, mostly a kids game but hopefully will get some adults playing, the casual gamer.
General Features:
-Party up with friends to fight enemies, travel, and play.
-Build a spaceship and battle or travel.
-Unique mini-games
-Large-scale raids and boss battles.
-Auction House
-Build and race a car.
-Fish!
-Build gadgets and machines and robots.
Races:
Heroes- Dogs, Rabbits, Ducks, Teddy Bears.
Villains- Cats, Raccoons, Mice, Elephants.
Classes:
Hunk- Classic hero or villain, cape, muscular, like an RPG fighter.
Scientist- Uses concoctions as magic, like an RPG mage.
Doctor- Uses healing powers to buff party, like an RPG healer
Engineer- Using gadgets and gears to make machines and robots.
While it is a daunting task and definitely won't be easy, it should be very profitable in the end. Players will get a 3 day free trial and will be $5 per month afterwards. Because it will be 2d, server scale should be very large which means lots of players.
What I will require(In a nutshell)
Code:
-Programming of basic and advanced engine features.
-Programming of the network(if possible but not required)
-Programming of objects and characters
-GUI programming
Art:
-16 3d characters made into sprite sheets for playable characters.
-Animations for sprites.
-Monster and NPC sprites.
-Buildings and environment art.
-Filler items such as boxes, barrels, items, etc.
-Foliage
-Emitters/particles/effects
Music and Sounds:
-animation synced sound effects(walking, jumping, punching, etc.)
-Cartoon style sound tracks
So in conclusion:
Whatever of the things I have listed above that you can complete would be great.While it is a daunting task, I hope we can work together to accomplish it. There are many possibilities that could come from this project such as; making a deal to sell the MMO framework, partnership between us, and much more. I realize the cost of a project of such scale. I am fully willing to meet the price requirements but please take into account things such as royalties(if you take them), the fact that I am a single indie-developer, etc.
