Has anyone ever got a reply from a ticket ?

Just wondering about one thing. I submitted 2 tickets almost 10 days ago about about simple questions and I have not received any comments nor replies.

Are there actualy people working on submited tickets ?

Are there people here that have had tickets replied/resolved ?

I don't know but I am under the feeling that us users are left alone without any other source of supports then other users.

What you submitted are bug reports, and since you didn't submit any actual bugs, they were discarded. In addition, your questions have already been answered in the forums.

GarageGames does not do support tickets as you appear to be thinking--the forums are the primary means of support. Your question was answered by an Associate.

So, Bowser ice, it seems your impression was correct.

I must say that GG employees regularly post on the forums, even on support questions by licensees. They do give support, but it's not a guarantee. Fine distinction, but in most cases, I don't see much cause for problems. GG does give support packages for a fee if I'm not mistaken.

Typically, these bug reports come to me. However, I've been out of town and sick for the last week and a half so have been slow to reply. If your question has been answered great, if not, go ahead and send another report and I'll do my best to get back to you.
