Dsq format... question about it

Hi a stupid and yet important question.
can i make an animated player (or even models) with a software like maya?, cause the torque requires .dsq files (at least is what i saw when i was playing with the demo) and this software (maya) doesnt support that extension file format. Im sure that im doing something wrong, there is no way that the animation must be done exclusively with torque apps.

thanks for reading,

Hi John,

All of the .dts exporters that I'm aware of support the exporting of animations. However, they all seem to do it in slightly different ways and having not used the maya exporter (used the lightwave and 3ds max ones) I couldn't tell you how it is done. However, using the lightwave exporter as an example, when I export my dts file I get the options to 'bake' the animations into the dts file itself or save them individually as dsq files.
