Key Logger Agent in TGE (?)

I'm not one to normally do anti-spyware checks but decided to do one on my computer today. Other than cookies, there were no problems. Except one.
There is apparently a key logger (Logger.Agent.ajy) embedded into TGE_1.5.2\bin\nasm\nasmw.exe. Even the AFX_1.02.2 version has the same logger in nasmw.exe. The TGE engine (AFX too) are the only locations on my comp of these loggers.
To be honest, I don't know what nasmw.exe does. But, just wanted to give a small head's up. Not sure if this is just me or if there's a problem here.
